The Shelter House may be reserved for a $35.00 deposit fee.
Deposits reserve the use of the Shelter House only. All other facilities are to be shared with the general public.
Deposit fee is to be given to the clerk who is in charge of scheduling the park. No reservations will be honored until this fee is deposited. A receipt of the deposit, along with a return address, will be required.
Cancellations prior to eight (8) days before scheduled date will be accepted. After the eight-day limit, the deposit will be forfeited. Rain cancellation will not be subject to forfeiture.
Tournaments will be permitted for recreation only. Tournaments for fundraisers or profit are prohibited.
The Shelter House is available on a first-come, first-serve basis without a reservation if there are no prior reservations.
Those renting the Shelter House are responsible for clean-up and any vandalism caused by person or persons with their party.
The moving of tables is not prohibited, but please remember to move them back!
Anyone visiting the park who witnesses any vandalism is asked to report the occurrence to the Fort Loramie Police Department.
